The Royal Therapy Shredded Memory Foam Pillow comes in two sizes: Queen (20” x 30”) and King (20” x 36”).

You may experience a "new pillow" or “memory foam” smell. This can go away in as soon as a few hours but may last a little longer for those who are sensitive to smell. This odor is not harmful to your health but if it bothers you, we recommend letting your pillow air out in a well-ventilated room for a couple of hours before you place a pillowcase over it.

Our Shredded Memory Foam Pillows are medium firm. They're perfect for side, back and stomach sleepers who want a little more support, but not so much that they're uncomfortable.

We recommend replacing the memory foam pillows after 2 to 3 years of continuous use.

The pillow cover is removable and washable, but we suggest spot cleaning the pillow with a mild non-toxic cleaner .  We do not recommend washing or drying the memory foam core in any machine as doing so may void the pillow warranty.

Do not put your memory foam pillows in the washing machine or dryer, as the motions of a washing machine and dryer could tear apart the padding of your memory foam pillow. Not only will this weaken the material but it will also reduce the pillow's usual life span of 18 to 36 months.

Royal Therapy® warrants that the components in this pillow will be free from defects in material and workmanship as described in this Limited Warranty. Coverage under this Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new, unused pillow purchased within the USA, Puerto Rico, or Canada.

If a defect that is covered during the Limited Warranty period occurs, Royal Therapy® will repair or replace (at Royal Therapy’s discretion) the defective product or component thereof. If it is determined that a replacement is required to honor this Limited Warranty, Royal Therapy® reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality if the like product or components are not available. Where a replacement is required, Limited Warranty coverage for this pillow is limited to a one (1) time replacement during the original Limited Warranty period which starts on the original date of purchase. Repairs to or replacement of this pillow or its components under the terms of this Limited Warranty will apply to the original warranty period and will not serve to extend such period.

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following: imperfections of the components; mold; comfort or temperature preference; transportation charges (if applicable); any abuse or unsanitary product condition; or damage caused by improper use or care; or if the pillow is no longer within the USA, Puerto Rico, or Canada. This Limited Warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, installation, setup time, loss of use, shipping or any other costs or expenses. Failure to follow the manufacturer’s care instructions may void this Limited Warranty. Royal Therapy® does not warrant that this product is suitable for any person's medical condition or that it will protect the user against bacteria, viruses, or other disease organisms. In no event shall Royal Therapy® be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages whatsoever in any way arising out the use or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. Royal Therapy® reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this Limited Warranty when, upon inspection, the product is found to be in an unsanitary condition, or when the product failure is due to causes other than defective material and/or workmanship.    All warranties contained herein are void if the product is found to have been tampered with or misused by the purchaser beyond reasonable wear, and shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged intentionally or due to accident or neglect, including but not limited to, mold, damage by burns, cuts, water, stains, or bodily fluids or is otherwise abnormally soiled, abused or unsanitary. This Limited Warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the memory foam material, a decrease in the slow recovery feature (elasticity), or the discoloration of memory foam. These aspects are natural and do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam and its performance. The service terms stated in this Limited Warranty shall be the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a product failure during the Limited Warranty period. Royal Therapy® makes no warranty beyond what is contained in this Limited Warranty. Royal Therapy® does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or ability in connection with this Limited Warranty.
