Eligible Royal Therapy products include a 100-night trial. The trial begins on the date the order is delivered. Eligibility and return costs depend on the product category and the terms below.

Royal Therapy covers standard return shipping for eligible returns requested during days 1–30 for all products except mattresses and adjustable bed bases. Mattresses and adjustable bed bases are subject to the customer-paid return terms below.

Eligible mattresses and adjustable bed bases may be returned within the applicable 100-night trial, but the return is not free. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for all applicable pickup, disassembly, packaging, freight, and restocking costs.

Contact Customer Care with your full name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Do not send a product back before receiving return authorization and instructions from Royal Therapy.

No. To replace a product with another item, size, or model, complete the return process for the original product and place a new order.

Please allow up to 7 business days after the authorized return is received for inspection and refund processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

No. Original shipping fees, including fees charged for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, are non-refundable.

Contact Customer Care within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the product, shipping carton, shipping label, and all items received. Keep the product and all packaging until the review is complete.

Products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, Target, or another marketplace must be returned through the marketplace where the order was placed and are subject to that marketplace’s return process.

No. Partial returns of a 2-pack are not accepted. The complete 2-pack must be returned together and must otherwise meet the applicable return requirements.

Royal Therapy pillows include a 5-year warranty. Mattresses and adjustable bed bases include a 10-year warranty. Warranty coverage is subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions stated on the Royal Therapy Warranty page and the applicable product page.
