Yes. Royal Therapy products ship free to the lower 48 states. A flat shipping fee of $20 applies to Alaska and Hawaii, and a flat shipping fee of $40 applies to Canada.

Yes. We ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and Puerto Rico. Available delivery methods and any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

Each Royal Therapy product requires 1–2 business days to package. Once shipped, transit typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to display the first update.

Contact Customer Care within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, the shipping carton and label, and all items received. Keep the product and all packaging until our team completes its review.
