When your Royal Therapy AirFlow-PRO Pillow arrives, you may notice a light “new pillow” or memory foam scent. This is normal for compressed foam products and should fade after airing out. Remove all packaging, gently fluff the pillow, and allow it to fully recover in a well-ventilated room before use.

Only the removable outer cover is washable. Wash it separately according to the instructions on the care label and make sure it is completely dry before placing it back on the pillow. Do not machine wash, soak, bleach, dry-clean, or place the inner liner or shredded memory foam fill in a washer or dryer. Water, heat, and machine agitation may damage the foam.

To keep the pillow fresh and evenly shaped, fluff and reshape it regularly by hand. If the inner pillow needs cleaning, gently spot-clean the affected area with a small amount of mild detergent and a damp cloth. Do not saturate the foam. Allow the pillow to air-dry completely in a well-ventilated area before covering or using it again.
