The Royal Therapy 4-Layer Contour Memory Foam Pillow comes in two sizes. Queen (24 x 14”) and King (31” x 14”).  The maximum height is 5.5" on the lower slope and 6.5" on the higher slope.

You may experience a "new pillow" or “memory foam” smell which can go away in as soon as a few hours but may last a little longer for those who are sensitive to smell. This odor is not harmful to your health but if it bothers you we recommend allowing a couple of hours in a well ventilated room to allow your pillow to air out before placing a pillow case over it.

Of course! Our pillows have a special memory foam, so it will adjust to your specific preference. You can also squeeze it down to one-quarter of the size for travel purposes. You can roll it up and compress it into a smaller bag, making it convenient for travelers who want a "real" pillow

If you like a little more height in your pillow, then our Royal Therapy 4-layer pillow is the one for you. It's 1 inch higher than a 3-layer pillow and has no analog on the market. It was designed for people who like higher pillows and for people with a larger stature.

The pillow cover is removable and washable, but we suggest spot cleaning the pillow with a mild non-toxic cleaner .  We do not recommend washing or drying the memory foam core in any machine as doing so may void the pillow warranty.

Do not put your memory foam pillows in the washing machine or dryer. The motions of a washing machine and dryer could tear apart the padding of your memory foam pillow. Not only will it weaken the material but it will also cut the pillow's usual life span of 18 to 36 months.

Royal Therapy® warrants that the components in this pillow will be free from defects in material and workmanship as described in this Limited Warranty. Coverage under this Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new, unused pillow purchased within the USA, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

If a defect that is covered during the Limited Warranty period occurs, Royal Therapy® will repair or replace (at Royal Therapy’s option) the defective product or component thereof. If it is determined that a replacement is required to honor this Limited Warranty, Royal Therapy® reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality if the like product or components are not available. Where a replacement is required, Limited Warranty coverage for this pillow is limited to a one (1) time replacement during the original Limited Warranty period which starts on the original date of purchase. Repairs to or replacement of this pillow or its components under the terms of this Limited Warranty will apply to the original warranty period and will not serve to extend such period.

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following: imperfections of the components; mold; comfort or temperature preference; transportation charges (if applicable); any abuse or unsanitary product condition; or damage caused by improper use or care; or if the pillow is no longer within the USA, Puerto Rico, or Canada. This Limited Warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, installation, setup time, loss of use, shipping or any other costs or expenses. Failure to follow the manufacturer’s care instructions may void this Limited Warranty. Royal Therapy® does not warrant that this product is suitable for any person's medical condition or that it will protect the user against bacteria, viruses, or other disease organisms. In no event shall Royal Therapy® be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages whatsoever in any way arising out the use or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. Royal Therapy® reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this Limited Warranty when, upon inspection, the product is found to be in an unsanitary condition, or when the product failure is due to causes other than defective material and/or workmanship.    All warranties contained herein are void if the product is found to have been tampered with or misused by the purchaser beyond reasonable wear, and shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged intentionally or due to accident or neglect, including but not limited to, mold, damage by burns, cuts, water, stains, bodily fluids or is otherwise abnormally soiled, abused or unsanitary. This Limited Warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the memory foam material, a decrease in the slow recovery feature (elasticity), or the discoloration of memory foam. These aspects are natural and do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam and its performance. The service terms stated in this Limited Warranty shall be the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a product failure during the Limited Warranty period. Royal Therapy® makes no warranty beyond what is contained in this Limited Warranty. Royal Therapy® does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or ability in connection with this Limited Warranty.
