I read all the great reviews, I really wanted this pillow to work. I’ve been in a lot of pain for a long time. With the amount of money I’ve spent on pillows, I should have just paid out of pocket for a chiropractor. In the end, I can’t recommend this pillow. The foam sleeps hot, so I toss and turn. And while the height on the cervical support is high enough, the cradle for your head is not deep enough to align my spine properly. For reference I’m a side sleeper, and I have a longer neck, thus the need for higher cervical support. The cover is nice. I’m trying latex next.
