When your Royal Therapy Shredded Memory Foam Body Pillow first arrives, you may notice a light “new pillow” or memory foam scent. This is normal for compressed foam products and should fade after airing out. For best results, remove the packaging and allow the pillow to fully expand in a well-ventilated room before use.

Only the removable pillowcase is washable. Wash it separately according to the instructions on the care label and make sure it is completely dry before placing it back on the pillow. Do not machine wash, soak, bleach, or dry-clean the shredded memory foam pillow itself. The foam filling must not be placed in a washer or dryer, as water and heat may damage the material.

To keep the body pillow fresh, regularly fluff and reshape it by hand. If the pillow itself needs cleaning, gently spot-clean the affected area with a small amount of mild detergent and a damp cloth. Do not saturate the foam. Allow the pillow to air-dry completely in a well-ventilated area before covering or using it again.
